My Pokemon will not listen to me!

I traded a castform, horsea, riolu, and bulbasaur to platinum from diamond and they were all level 5. They listened at first but when their levels got into the teens they started disobeying me. I have one gym badge and i thought they would listen after that but they still don't. Someone help!!!

I thought the first gym badge lets only pokemon under lvl 20 obey....

Up to I think Level 10 will they obey you with no badge.
Up to Level 30 with the second Gym Badge will they obey you.
Up to Level 50 with the Fourth Gym Badge
Up to Level 70 with the Sixth Gym Badge.
All levels with the Eighth Gym Badge.

another thing is,they are 'foreign' pokemon, and probably miss their original owner.
Like DashS said, level 10 with no badge they will obey u, then up to level 20 with first badge.
