My New Town...! When it's made... (Opinions, please!)

Right, I'm sure a few of you are aware of some threads I made here in the last couple days about my town and what I'm planning on doing to challenge myself, but while I'm looking for a town layout I want to work with (I'm too picky, lmao) I had a thought.

That thought is, "I really want to share this with everyone somehow."

And that got me to thinking to making blogs in the blog section of the forum, which I've used in the past but a huge problem I've noticed is that is rarely get an traffic and putting so much effort into it only for no one to see it or comment on it really kills my motivation, which ends up making my forget about any progress I'm making and eventually leads to me just giving up.

Anyways, that got me thinking where I could potentially post this. I have noticed the odd thread in this section of the forums doing something like I want to do, but I honestly don't know if I should, or even if it is allowed.
I basically want to create a blog/update thread and/or posts on what I'm doing randomly in this new town and share any progress I eventually make up until the release of New Horizons in March, but I honestly just don't know how to go with it or where I should do it.

This isn?t a bad idea! What I?ve seen on this site so far is that people often do posts like this on the Blog Tree section of the forum. I?ve seen a couple other users on here where they post daily updates about how their town is going and people often follow along the main one that comes to my mind is by 2kimi2furious who was posting almost daily on their town Fujimori! Maybe something like that would be good? It would be easier to keep track of, I think keeping a post on here would be good but it often gets lost if people don?t post on it too often.

I know of it, I referred to it in my post, my issue with it is it gets little traffic. I've done several of these already there and they hardly get anyone looking at it and I end up feeling my effort was wasted. Its honestly a very hidden feature of these forums.
