my town layout:
it not going to be exactly like this but something simaler.
i want this train station to start with:
either this or the fully brown one.
further in i want to upgrade the train station to this:
or this:

i want my starter town hall to be this:

then i wnt to upgrade it to this:


i want to start out with this player:

and finaly my dreamies are:

zooker

nibbles

graham

biskit

alice

and finaly, my requiments:
has to have a beach you can only get to by swimming.
has to have a south facing waterfall.
town plaza ,retail,and town hall don't have to,
but id like if they were close together.
it doesn't have to be,but i would like
the town fruit to be peaches or cherrys.
