Not exactly all since I have 99% complete, there are a few items that I don't have in my catalog yet. But if its in my catalog, yes.
How much thing depends on what you ask for. If its usual items, not like throne or crown, small amount of bells, one or two hybrid flower, one or two perfect fruits, something like that per one item. ^^;
And all Japanese regional items are free to catalog. You can find what you can catalog for free in "free catalog" area in my thread.
