UPDATE:
Sorry I haven't posted any new villagers in a while. I've recently gotten a lot of new orders, so I haven't been able to work on my own stuff ; ~;
However, I have been making other villagers for customers. Have made Apple, and currently working on Bianca. If you guys would like to see those as well, I can post any villagers I make for others! :3
So lemme know!!
(also, how do I remove attachments? T -T )
Recently I've gotten back into ACNL, I had taken about a 9 month break from it, and out of pure boredom decided to check it out again. One villager had left, and one had moved in, had loads of weeds and random flowers. One of the many things I've grown to work hard for on here is slowly gathering my 10 Dreamies. I've finally gotten all 10!! Listed in order of appearance into my town - Drake, Ruby, Shari, Antonio, Marshal, Stitches, Lolly, Bruce, Whitney and Gladys.
With my obsession for them all, growing strongly by the day, I've decided to mix my new-found obsession with my career. I make crafts for a living. Shoes, hats, belts, jewelry, artwork, and most recently, figurines. So that's where these 2 things join together! About a week ago I decided I wanted to make all my dreamies into figurines to keep for my personal collection. Last week I finished making Stitches, and Marshal a couple days ago. I'm very proud of them!!
I'm wanting to make this a semi-perm thread, and as I finish them I'll edit the title to their name and have a short story on how I came to find/receive them, what made them so special to me, and why I chose the shirt I did while making them. Included will be pictures of them, as well! :3
For the villagers NOT made yet, under their spoilers will include ideas of the shirts I'd like to give them.
So without further ado, here's the stories and pictures -
I had already picked about 12 - 13 villagers I liked and wanted to seek out, and Stitches originally NOT being one of them. I found his appearance (not having real eyes) creepy and almost as if he was made from a horror story. But one day, I found a thread that was auctioning him off. I had a space open, and on a whim I decided to bet on him. I told myself, I'll rebid once, but if I'm outbid again, I'll call my losses. I ended up winning and went to receive him. As soon as I talked to him for the first time, I knew I had made the right choice in getting him. He was super sweet and cute (especially when he closes his eyes all happy), since then he's been my #1 favorite of all time, which is why he has been the first one made.
Though, recently he gave me a little fright, telling me not to follow him because he was going to his secret spot where he likes to spend quality alone time with himself, and upon following him he walked right up to the Town Hall's window and stared into it as if watching Isabelle, then about a minute later, looking at me and then running off as if he was caught xD I still find him to be the cutest thing ever, and will never regret getting him!
Shirt choice - I chose Toon Link's PJ shirt from Wind Waker as Stitches shirt, not only because the Legend of Zelda is my most favorite gaming series EVER, but for 2 other reasons as well. One, before my abandonment of the game (before my 9 month break) I had spent HOURS creating LoZ clothing for my characters and villagers to wear, the PJs being one of them, so since I have about 10 pieces of clothing, I've decided to make each one as the villager's shirts. Reason I chose this of all the ones I've made is because Stitches personality is Lazy, and I thought a PJ shirt would be quite appropriate for that.
Marshal also wasn't originally on my list. When I went onto a site that had them all listed, I don't recall ever even seeing him. One day I tried to find a villager I wanted and saw someone auctioning off Marshal on a site, ACC. I gave it a look to see what bids go for and ppl were offering like 8 - 10 mil. I was like, whaaattt!! So I checked him out on Google and... He was just too cute!! All grumpy, but adorable. So I bid, and won. WOOT!!
He was the first of them to be bought (not including Drake, Ruby, Shari and Antonio, they all moved in on their own) and am very happy I got him.
Shirt Choice - I chose Toon Link's tunic because, one... Toon Link is my absolute BABY (seriously, my future son will be named Link and he shall be mine, and he shall be my Toon Link.) Also, I find Marshal to be the cute, tiny, yet strong type, so it's only fitting to be wearing the adorable Toon Link's tunic of heroness!!! (Shh, it's a word, I promise!!)
It's very hard to choose which I love more, Marshal or Stitches. Marshal has that mysterious, yet adorable look. While Stitches is just plain cute and hilarious! Either way, they're definitely my top 2, and will never give them up!! (even for a bil Bells. THAT'S RIGHT!!)
This thread isn't only for me though, it's for all you to read and ask questions about my experiences and whatever else of the subjects. Can even give shirt suggestions for the villager I am making at that time. I'll be including all my clothing designs once The Able Sisters opens up for the day (dang 10am, so late!!!) and have a vote for each villager before they're made. Though, in the end, I'll mostly go with my gut decision, though I'd still love to see what you guys think and what your reasonings would be!
The right-middle 2 were changed (dumb how you can make 10 designs but only display 8!)
Anyway! I hope my stories were alright, and I hope this can turn out to be an amazing thread!
Thank you for reading :3

Lolly would get one of the dresses, though not sure which I'd chose...
I realized that Ruby looks very nice in blue, and red matches her eyes, so I'd most likely give her Tetra's shirt.
He would get Skyward Sword's PJ shirt, for he's also lazy!
I'm thinking of making a Linebeck outfit to go with Bruce, Linebeck seemed like a cranky, silly fellow, like Bruce!
Molly would get Medli's dress, mostly because they're both bird-types xD
If I'm able to xD I'll probably give her MM's shirt. May be hard to make, but the way Skull Kid moves with the mask, makes me think of a monkey, lol.
Antonio would get the Hylian Shield since he's a jock and all about the TOUGH stuff, and shields are build to be strong and protect.
Thinking of making a Midna-looking shirt for her to go with hr snooty-sassy ways!
She'll be wearing her clothes, including pacifier and matronly bun

Here will include updated WIPs of whatever Villager I'm currently working on.
