Trading My Genji for Rudy

Hi there,
I'm looking to trade my Genji for Rudy. I can add on bells, Pave items, and/or chocolate cake.
Currently Genji is not moving, but I can start time traveling to move him out as soon as a trade deal is made. He has asked to move before, so it shouldn't take me more than a day or two to TT him out.
Also, I have 10 villagers, so Rudy's owner will need to have 9 spots and grab Genji first in order for us to make the trade.
