Zr: Yeah I know its a little shaky, I didn't have a tripod when I was in the bathroom so I got some footage and realized I didn't have enough steady footage during post-production.

It wasn't telling you not to do it, it was to get you conscious of how often you do it and get you motivated to slow down your use. It's not like I'm an eco freak or anything, this was an assignment for my class =P
