my ds character will not go

im kind of confused on what your talking about. did you even download your character to city folk? if not do this. make sure you dont have 4 characters living in your town already in city folk. what you need to do is when your picking your character you press ''im new'' and Rover is going to say ''If you've been living in animal crossing wild world for the nintendo ds you can move houses... and gives you the option either start fresh, move from ds, or never mind. so just follow the instructions he says.
