The only hard to obtain sets that I still need are: Sloppy/Cardboard/Flower. So hopefully someone wants to just trade set for set.

BUT, if you need me to sweeten the deal I'll throw in one (or more depending on the request) of the following sets:

Complete Lovely all refurbished in ruby. Includes Lovely Phone and Afternoon Tea Set.

Complete Green Series all refurbished in emeralds.

Complete Blue series all refurbished in sapphire.

Complete Modern Series all refurbished in Silver (to make platinum)

Complete Polka Dot Series all refurbished in Amethyst.

Having just obtained all the Gold house mods from HHA, I decided to make an Ore based house.
