also that is kinda wierd you need permission from your parents if ya under 13.

COPPA rules state that a child under the age of 13 must have parental permission to join a site.

Actually they (InvisionFree) are changing it to you don't need written permission as long as the admins don't require you to give personal info.

Besides TBT doesn't worry about that too much, unless it becomes a problem.
