My Avatar's not changing

Hi. I have been recently trying to change my avatar in the menu. When I try to use one from my documents, and click "Use Uploaded Avatar", it just shows my old one.

When I type in the url from one I put onto tinypic, it shows nothing.

Anyone know why this could be? I also know it's the right size.

When your taking it from a URL, make sure it doesn't have

attached to it.
