I'm now at the 40 entry mark. I am 60 away to getting to 100. In case if you are wondering, I plan on going up to 400 entries. But for now, I still have to work on the first 100 entries.
It's halfway through October. This means it's getting closer to Halloween. So what should I talk about today? Perhaps more on Halloween decorating?
Jack-o-Lanterns make a good symbol of Halloween, but they aren't the only things related to Halloween. We have ghosts, bats, spiders, witches, monsters, and skeletons. I'm sure there are a lot of other ways to decorate. It's true that Halloween isn't as big as it used to be (thanks to the internet for trend changes), but it's still big from wherever I live.
Every October, some stores put out Halloween decorations, some of them is for decorating, but most of them are for sale. They have several decorations, ranging from wall decorations and window decorations to props and outdoor decorations. Even I have some decorations. One year, I made Halloween crafts (six 2-D crafts, and six painted boxes). I gave them away to six of the girls at my school. I later got interviewed by one of them because of my Halloween crafts. I still enjoy making holiday crafts like Halloween crafts.
Here are some cool decoration ideas you can try:
I have some other exotic Halloween decorations. One of them (I have it in one of my albums on my profile) is a picture of four skull glasses filled with water that was recolored by food coloring. Another is that I made a swamp mural in the 11th grade. Oh, and never forget the Jack-o-Lantern ideas I came up with on my 30th blog entry.
That's all for today. Next time I get to a blog checkpoint like this, I'll put in something exciting.

Here are some cool decoration ideas you can try:
- Haunted House - hide animatronic monsters in spots others won't expect to find them in. Add a few hanging spider decorations, wall spider decorations, bat decorations, and a fog machine.
- Spooky Porch - place a few Jack-o-Lanterns in front of the front porch as you add window silhouettes of spooky things. Don't forget to add a few other Halloween decorations.
- Creepy Balloon Party - try having balloons shaped like ghosts, skulls, spiders, and bats in your house.
- Mixed Holidays - try getting a mini-Christmas tree and put some Halloween decorations. Or you can paint Easter eggs to make them look like Halloween eggs. Celebrate Thanksgivings early but mix it with Halloween.
