the overpowered weapons patch will be out shortly. and at the end of the day it really comes down to more balanced than more realistic. balance comes before realism.

bc2 is very balanced. unless you just started out and you dont have of the good guns, then thats becomes a bit of an issue, but if youve played bf before you shouldnt have a problem picking it up and being decent at it. the only over powered guns in the game come from having magnum ammo which is being patched very soon. also due to no kill streaks, bc2 isnt really random at all and you can do well consistently. and the kills you get are earned with your gun, not some helicopter piloted by chuck norris.

No what happens to me a lot is in Squad Death match I get put into a squad with just one other guy then he leaves shortly after leaving me all by myself to get 50 kills agasin't other teams of 3-4

dont play squad deathmatch its *censored.2.0*. play rush and conquest. i played squad death match once and hated it. play conquest if you want deathmatch. it usually easier to rid the other team of spawns than holding down the points so its really more like a 2 team, deathmatch.

Besides guns and different maps
The maps in BF are much bigger allowing more space to move around
The gadgets in BF (Ammo, Defib, etc)
Tanks
Helicopters
Quads, and Speedboats
There's no kill streaks in BF
4 classes (Recon, Assault, Medic, and Engineer)
Somewhat different game modes
BF is more strategy based rather then run and kill
The Solo is much better in MW2 then BF
No prestige in BF
No call tags or emblems in MW2
Play as one player throughout the solo in MW2 you play as multiple
You can level buildings in BF
