Buying Mushrooms + Stone Roof & Exterior

I really wanted to make a fairy ring, but I don't have any mushrooms, and I don't really time travel!
I'm buying:

• Flat Mushrooms (300 Bells)
• Skinny Mushrooms (400 Bells)
• & Round Mushrooms (300 Bells)

I'll only need about 15!

I'm also looking for the Stone Roof and Stone Exterior. Please let me know how much you'd be willing to accept for those!
