For what I heard, you get blathers tent second day if you give 5 creatures to Tom Nook

After that, you need to have donated 15 either fossils or creatures to blathers before the museum can open, depending on how many creatures are available, you can also do this the second day, meaning that it’s possible by the 3rd day, construction will start and will be available on the 4th day
