Multiple PWP requests a day?

This may be a totally dumb question, but can you get more than one PWP request a day?

I've heard you can, but I've never seen it happen. The most I've ever seen is one per day.

I don't think so.... I think it's just like a rumor or something because a lot of people mention that you can, but never had it? And if it has happened, I think it's just a big peach of luck.

If ya use HM03, ya can learn Surf! It allows ya to swim into the water, get stung by a million jellyfish, and then increases yar chance of a villager to come look for ya for either PWP suggestions or other miscellaneous topics.

I did this myself and got 5 projects in one day.

To answer the question, no, I don't think you can. I've heard some people say but haven't seen any proofs. I'd only believe when I see or experience it myself.
