Muffy's Birthday + Valentine's Day?

I have a slightly dumb question that I am going to ask.

Okay, so, today is both Muffy's birthday, and Valentine's Day, and I have been wondering something, that I am surprised that nobody has ever discussed...is she able to send a Valentine's card to the male player, of whom he has the highest level of friendship with, or does she just celebrate her birthday party instead?

I don't have Muffy in my first town anymore, and all of my side characters aren't able to get anything from any villager, because they're barely active.

Again, sorry for the slightly dumb question.

i’ve never thought about that, I would imagine that they still can, but I’m not sure
