Moving out?

Dierdre is moving out today and when I went on, instead of seeing her in boxes, I realised it is her birthday!
Will I still be able to see her in boxes because I promised to sell her to someone. Will I have to cancel?

I don't know much information on what the possibilities are, but I actually have a Deirdre moving in today, so I think that villagers probably can move out on their birthdays.

Villagers can definetly move out on their birthdays. I was gonna sell Melba to someone a while back, but it was her birthday so the person couldn't get her.
