Sorry for bumping my head in here, but doesn't "buyout" mean they automatically get to buy the villager if the claim it?

Not exactly sure. It was kind of just an estimate, so that is why I originally said "30+"

Sorry, I've never held an auction before :o

a "buyout" is a price (obviously higher than your starting) that you would be fine selling for straight up.
When someone offers to pay the said buyout, technically the auction should be over and that person gets the item, or in this case, villager
