So yeah Im looking to buy some new games, I have a few in mind with Monster Hunter being one of them.
Some background: I love open world games (currently have a thread on this too). I know MH isn't a true open world game with zones, is this correct?
I love RPGs, hence why Im interested in this.
I love both relaxing games where you can do things like fishing/cooking etc, but I also love games where you can fight.

Any experiences with Monster Hunter? Let me know your thoughts c:

The only thing about Monster Hunter is that it's not much fun offline/solo and you need to put in a ton of hours if you want any good gear. Other than that it's a really cool game and a shame it's not as popular stateside or in Europe.
