Then use the desktop view? Staff hates the image uploader, it's a known fact and short of disabling the damn thing like they ought to they recommend so many other websites to upload images.

I don't have a laptop with me, and Imgur won't work on a phone / tablet unless you download the app

If that doesn't work for you, get a better phone.
