Modern Warfare Problem I have

My cousin let me have his modern warfare 2 considering my first one broke. I am having this problem with the multiplayer when I join a game it kicks me and says some weird error message is it the disk? It is not scratched badly and It wont let me download the game to my xbox because i have a slim and it needs a hardrive -_- Help Please

Problem: MW2 sucks.

Solution: Get Black Ops.
