I think I got it from Thonky.com, but I'm not sure. I just woke up and can't think very clearly atm.

Don't forget you'll need shoes to pass her check. Clogs will do it. Blue retro dress, oval glasses and clogs is the (horrible) outfit I assembled in case she asks for "modern" -- all those are available from the Able Sisters.

Do these also count for luck? I usually use the lovely phone to cloth my character for the day and today it said that my lucky item was a modern shirt.

Yup. Modern shirt just means a shirt from the modern category.

I passed the "modern" test with:

Oval Shades
Blue Retro Dress
Clogs

NOTHING else, no socks, no hat, etc.

She even gave me a Gorgeous Sofa.

I've loaned this outfit to two other people to pass their Gracie test too.
