Hey there, Mitzi is finally moving out of my to-be all deer town AcreWood, and I'm looking to sell her! Since she has now been moved into Tier Two of the popularity sticky, I decided I'll hold an auction for her instead of just voiding her.

Buyout: 8m
End time: 9 PM EST (it's 7:20 PM at the time of posting)

Note: I am waiting on Fuchsia from a cycling thread, and will need the room because I have 10 villagers, so this auction can end earlier than the end time if Fuchsia pings.
