Missing villager New Horizons

Got an issue with a missing villager in ACNH.

Flo was one of the founding villagers in my town until two days ago. She is nowhere to be found and I cannot open her house's door. No message comes up when I try to open the door.

Anyone else experiencing similar?

Have you checked the museum or your shops? Sometimes villagers are in there
