Missing Neighbour

This character Rod, he was in my town then my bother went on looking for old wall papers for Saharah. We were looking for one (1) hour & couldn't find him.
After that 1 hour we saved the game & went back on, since when you go on again all neighbours are near there houses, but he wasnt anywhere we looked for another 30 mins but we still couldn't find him.

He is missing!!!!
Anyone know what could be wrong?

He had to enter into the witness protection program. Don't ask questions. He saw things... terrible things... and had to move along quickly. And if you see a slightly purplish mouse with a somewhat phony looking mustache and glasses walking around... pretend you've never met.
