Maybe they just meant people offering to take her. They didn't necessarily have to mean they were going against their prefix.

I think the confusion here comes from the connotation of the word "offers." It could imply that she wants to give Mira to whoever "offers" to take her first or whoever "offers" the best stuff for her. Normally, the word appears in the latter context, but this is listed as a "giveaway" thread, which implies the former context, but even that may have been a mistake. We'll know for sure if and when she replies.
