Meteor shower + free diys

Meteor shower on my island but I haven't seen celeste. Does anyone know if she should be guarenteed here during a meteor shower?(answered, thanks!)

A bunch of free DIYs near airport. Please only take 1 per person so everyone can have one.

Will take 3-4 people at a time, try not to stay too long so everyone can have a chance but dont feel rushed 10-15 minutes or so should get you a lot of star fragments.

Tips are appreciated and anyone who would like to water my Rose's to the right of the airport that would be great! (Not mandatory just appreciated)
