meteor shower and star fragments

hi guys!
i had a meteor shower in my town last night, i must have made upwards of 250 wishes.
today i found one star fragment on my beach.

what's the probability of getting a star fragment from a wish? i feel like 1 in 250 wishes isnt a lot :c

they'll spawn throughout the day. mine did for me atleast :')

I've only had one meteor shower and didn't get any star fragments from it. I tried waiting around, going in and out of buildings, reloading the game, and changing the time, but nothing worked. I was pretty disappointed, since it took so long to even see a meteor shower.

then again, you might've found the fragment threshold and reset the spawn rate back to 0 :OOOOO (very unlikely)
