Pascal's been giving me nothing but pearls lately and I'm getting a little impatient. X,D What good are pearls if you don't have DIYs to use them on?

I've got all the building materials you need (1 pearl, 2 coral, 2 Iron nuggets, and 3 conches). If someone would be willing to build me one, I'd be super grateful!

bare in mind once you catalogue the item, you may never receive the diy itself from Pascal and you'll have to get the diy from someone else or use another character to get it, cuz apparently the game checks what you've catalogued instead of the diys you've actually learnt

how legit is this? based on this tweet, it seems that the game detects if you have a certain mermaid furniture in your catalog, then it means you had that already and therefore Pascal won’t give you the DIY this is a disadvantage if you have asked from a person to craft it, or if you have a 2nd...
