I've ended this, no more comments.

Lurkers ARE allowed. You may only lurk for villagers that are currently residents in this town.
You can reserve for a fee of 25 tbt.--Reserves for teir ones are 55-- -Note that reserve fees are on top of the payment of a villager] First come first serve! :3 You may not reserve teir ones. I usually make a separate post about them..
Oh, and if I find you resold one of the villagers you got from this thread, I will not accept any posts from you in my threads.
