Merengue or Julian? Need help ^_^

Hai guys . I'm stuck between these two and which one to let move in as my 10th villager! Finally got Marshal today, and now I'm moving onto who should be my 10th villager ^~^

I currently have chrissy, Francine, Ankha, Bam, Fang, Phoebe, Zucker, Marshal and Coco. (9 villagers)

I know LOL both Merengue and Julian are both overrated but I have reasons why I want them as my 10th villager.

Merengue:
-would fit for my food themed town perfectly!
-I love how she's fully pink and how she looks like a short cake.
-She's a rhino, never had a rhino in my town before! ^_^
-I already bought her, my friend is holding her for me c:

Julian:
-He's blue, my favourite colour. <3 <3 <3
-He's so sassy and he reminds me of that sassy girly best friend everyone girl needs. ;__;
-his house is amazing.
-He's so sassy. <3

Really, i'm stuck between them. And I am not going to move anyone out just to keep both of them since my current villagers are all my dreamies ^_^

Also, I already bought Merengue, a friend is holding her for me. If I get Julian instead of Merengue, i'll just either sell Merengue for a few bells (I'm super broke now ;__; ) or give her away c:

And for Julian, someone wonderful is offering him to me for free for when he moves! Such lovely people on TBT! <3

Also If I take Merengue, I'll have 2 normals.
And If I take Julian, I'll have 2 smugs.

I'm not sure, but having 2 personality types is apparently really boring. ;___; and the normal type is so sweet but it can be boring at times to me :c and I'm not sure about the smug personality is having 2 smugs good or bad?

Anyways, who would you pick if you were in my position? D': Thank you so much! x

Merenuge! I wouldn't want two smugs, they get annoying sometimes in my opinion. The normal personality is the cutest! c: Whatever has the spirit of your town is the best, and ohmigosh she's just so freaking adorable! It's good to try something new, rhinos are cool. ≧^◡^≦

You should get Tia though! shes far better than Merengue

Plus id rather have two normals
Julian will repeat what your beloved Marshal says, making him less special as you love Marshal.. so it will be boring

Well with 10 villagers you will have to have double personalities somewhere.
I would go with whatever personality you like the most.
I prefer merengue though.
I have 3 normals in each town because i love them.
I have had two smugs before and it bothered me more when they repeated each other.

Blue vs pink, smug vs normal!

I'm sure both would be awesome to have in your town, but perhaps choose Merengue because you already had your heart set on her and you paid. You also know that she will match your town. ^w^

I know Julian is equally awesome though! Perhaps you could go visit a dream town with both of them. It might help you make your decision if you see them both wandering around town. I think during winter Julian looks extra pretty against the snow, and Merengue looks nice in spring among the cherry blossoms!

Haha I am voting Merengue too!! she is cute shortcake xD I have been to a few dream town but Julian leave no impression to me (In fact I get confuse of him and Ed) so yea 1 more vote for that pinky Rhino!!

Yes I have to agree with this! Because this is what currently happen on Graham after he replace my smug Zell, but nono Molly did not talk the same thing as Coco!! xD Normal is cool!!!

I despise Julian.. And Merengue is a rhino, that means she's epic and deserves love
