Pokémon Meowth... Event?

So this is a weird one.

But if you're in Europe or Australia, there's actually a Meowth event going on. It's obtained by inputting the serial code "HAPPY". It's received at level 20 and has the following moves; Happy Hour, Screech, Bite, and Fake Out. For those unaware, Happy Hour is a move that doubles the payout of a trainer battle. The only other Pokemon to be distributed with this move are; Pikachu, Magikarp, Delibird, Jirachi, and Inkay. So it's a nice addition to anybody's event Pokemon collection! It's obtainable in both X/Y and in ORAS.
