I remember finding a weakness to the elephant, which made them 5x easier. Honestly, MM9 wasn't the hardest imo. 5&6 were pretty hard for me.

10 was much tougher imo.

The only thing I really considered really tough in 9 was Jewel Man's stage, mah gawd that stage was unfair.

Typically, Megaman games are NEVER easy. (I'm speaking from only playing the 2D Side-Scrollers I never played the PS1/PS2/GCN games.)

You can make quick work of the Dragon using the Tornado Wind.

Using it makes it so he can't use fire and only takes a few hits.

I only beat Gravity Man so I only have the Black Hole power-up ;__;

If you ever start the game again, I'd recommend beating splash Woman first, that way you get more weapons when you get to Jewel Man.

OH, I remember that room now, yeah, that one was a tough room.

Can't give advice for that one, you just need good timing for that one. Sorry
