I just got the rest of the Gulliver items (Excluding the floor and wall) I needed from another forum site last night. It's so freaking expensive, I already had the Metroid so it wasn't as expensive as it would have been if I had needed all the items. I ended up paying 8,000 k for it and traded a few of my spare points system items that I got from the 5x point day. Even then the guy gave me super a deal on it because we had been talking for weeks prior to the trade.

Dont be surprised if you have to spend a million per item.

He flies by in a UFO over your town and you have to shoot him down. Kind of like the floating presents only far more rare and much much harder to hit. After you shoot him down he'll ask you to find part of ship that broke off.
