Buying Marshal

I know I should posting something like this in the Villager Trading community...but there's no option for buying.

So anyways, I was wondering if anyone would be willing to sell Marshal, whether he's moving out or whatever. I'm short on TBT and IGB so I won't go any higher than 500,000 IGB, plus I only have 1 TBT.
