Selling Marshal

He should be over 95% original, I just got him awhile ago and only talked to him once. He still has his shirt and a didn't see anything in re-tail that was his.

Haydenn linked to both our threads because I presume she didn't have the IGB to get Marshal, so she was going to offer to give the trader selling him TBT, and they could then swap that with one of us for IGB (I think).
