lols i wish but no i'm not duping marshals. He's just fairly easy to cycle/reset for (at least for me). And having 3 ACNL games makes it easier~

i dont really want to wait as it can take up to 5 days for someone to ping to leave and then another 5 days to put them in boxes since u dont TT. However, i can get another marshal for u at that time... u'll just have to keep me updated on your villager situation.

Hmm the only tip i have is TTing day by day and making sure you greet everyone. Then pick one villager and talk to them until they tell you someone is moving. If they don't tell you someone is leaving, then you can TT to the next day and repeat.
TTing day by day is the safest to ensure you don't lose a dreamie.

load the game for the first time in a new day then save and quit. Then TT forward a week and start the game with a new character and see if anyone has moved. If they have then that means someone is thinking of moving...imo this is the safest method as it's 100% guaranteed to work. The day by day isn't 100% although it's still a very safe method.
err.. TTing a week is really dangerous... I wouldn't recommend this method. TTing day by day isnt 100% but i mean eventually a neighbor WILL want to move, whether it takes 2 days or 2 weeks but at least you won't lose a dreamie this method.
