doesn't that mean people can just troll up to 60.. 65mil.. 70.. 75m and rescind the offer..

meaning that the next person who wants Marshall will have to by default offer 70m and so on?

& another example question:

example: if naekoya forfeited, and miaa forfeited, would the next highest offer be 7mil?

I've never dealt with someone forfeiting a bid before so I don't really know what to do, sorry. For now let's say it's at 20 million, but if anyone else backs out I'm just going to take the highest offer and close the auction. It's not cool to back out guys.
