hello, i'm pretty new to using forums so i hope this turns out okay! a friend of mine gave marshal to me, but unfortunately he plopped his house in an awful spot and no matter how many times i try to work around it i just can't. so i've decided to let him go free with the wind, and i thought i'd make some bells out of it as well. 
like i said, i'm new to forums and this is my first auction, so please tell me if i'm doing something wrong!
marshal's moving date is april 20th, it's the 15th in my game and i would be willing to TT him into boxes. he's not completely original, a couple of things in his house are different, his catchphrase is "cupcake", but his shirt is the same haha.
starting bid: 1mil
increments: at least 1mil, no more than 3mil
buyout: 30mil
