Wish I could help with holding Marina but unfortunately Marshal is already in boxes in my cycle town so can't move anyone in until he moves out. Good luck though

I found the perfect town (well almost perfect xD) I can pick him up in around 15 min or so if thats okay. How much are you looking for?
