Selling Marshal has decided to leave me

I loaded up my game today to find out that Marshal is boxes. Sad, I know. But he's also in my second town, so I guess it's time to let the little marshmallow go to a new home.

His house is mostly original and his catchphrase should be I believe. I know his clothes aren't, though. (He's wearing my custom design for villagers)

Mostly looking for IGB at the moment. Buyout is 25 mil, taking highest offer.​

If he has been totally cycled out of your town he should no longer appear on your MS.

He would appear there until you move out 16 other villagers. After that, he'd disappear. That said, I'd rather sell to somebody who is certain they can take him ASAP.

well if anything i might as well buy him out as well since the person whos been outbidding me in everything is getting kinda...annoying lol so if you cant get him ill be happy to buy him out

I'm perfectly okay with selling to them since they were first. Just unsure regarding whether or not they've successfully cycled Marhsal out of their town.
