Trading Marshal and Stitche sfor Willow or Ankha?

that's all. i have both stitches and marshal, and i found out that they're quite popular - so i'd like to trade them for either of my dream villagers.
ps they are not moving out as of now, but you can try and get them in your town. i'm not sure if you're not allowed to trade villagers that aren't moving out, but i didn't find any rule against it.

In order for anyone to adopt a villager they must be in boxes inside their houses the day they are leaving. Just wanted to clarify
