Well, actually it's "First come, first serve", the first person have no time to pick up Marshal, so I wait for a reply from pup, because he/she was the second person. If pup doesn't reply at the next 20 minutes (because I can't wait longer, I'm a bit busy), you can get him for 120 TBT!

If the TBT offer falls through, I'd love him, but I'd have to offer you something
else as I only have like 6!
