Mapping Help?

So!! I have a new lil map, and I'd love tips haha

I don't plan on keeping any of my villager at the moment (hopefully they move out ?) but UH anyways,

I'm just curious if anyone has any tips on where I should place my villagers + stuff :> It'd be really helpful!

For me personally, I prefer to place villager houses close to the cliff edge or along side the river. It may take a lot of plot resetting if your villagers are being a pain about it, but it just looks cute to me. I think a campsite could look cute in that little space on the left of your mayor's house. c:

that sounds good!! and I was thinking the same thing about the campsite haha

I "third" the campsite idea lol. Perhaps a Fountain near your Plaza or Train Station. In my town, I put a Street Lamp and a Yellow Bench next to my Town Hall. When the Cafe' and Police Station become available, I think they'd look good in the upper right side of your map (if you choose to put those in).

I actually got a town map like that. I didn't like it much because everything was crowded

I love where you put your house! And yeah, having the campsite in the little nook in the middle of the map would be cool, especially if you made it really foresty around there, maybe have a park area by it. Personally, I think it would be cool if all of the villagers fit on the bottom of the map, leaving the top for a lot of development. The cafe and police station, once you get them, could go great in that big open space.

I agree that you should line them up along the cliffs! That would look very cute :3
I like the town hall and plaza placement, they work well together.
But did you reset after I gave you Beau? ;~;
