Hello, Koala_Tea_ here is what I did to get masses of white roses, cosmos, tulips and lilies ... (I just started a new town and wanted predominantly white flowers) I chose the Butterfly tour off my personal Tortimer Island so I wouldn't be disturbed, and just picked my pockets full at zero cost ... It is only a 6 medal tour at gold and I didn't care if I got the medals or not ... Just the flowers. Lol ... If you are wanting pink roses, you can quickly spawn them with red and white roses, and all for free.
