Malt-O-Meal, the infamous cereal company that rips off other cereals, takes another company's cereal and makes a new name for it. We all know about Honey Nut Cheerios, right? Well, Malt-O-Meal resold it as "Honey Nut Scooters". Most of us know Cocoa Puffs, but do you know about "Coco Roos"? Ah, good ol' Froot Loops. Well guess what, there's a new cereal in town, "Tootie Fruities". This company takes no shame in ripping off these classic brands. I'd like to sue this company I owned Kellogg's, and I bet they don't even know about it. What do you think?

Happy because i'm rich.
Hey, but their making money off on YOUR cereal.
That benefit people who need to save money.
Yeah, but people are buying "their" cereal instead of yours and they get more money off of your cereal then you are of your own cereal. Think about it, if you make a brand of candy, and a different company makes the EXACT same candy, but they name it different and make the price lower. Now these people without any imagination are making even more money off of your candy than you are with your own candy.

But there's still people like you who are loyal to Kelloggs, People who like quality rather than a knock-off.

Not everyone's greedy.

lolcerealangst

I buy it because it's about a dollar less than Kellogg's, I don't give about "brand loyalty." It's *censored.3.0*ing cereal.

Not everyone's greedy.
Except if you're a businessman.

Cereal is cereal. Might not taste the same but don't you see on the boxes "CEREAL"?

It even says on them "Compare to the taste of ____" because it is supposed to be a similar cereal for cheap, they actually taste pretty good, and they come in big bags.

I agree that these people are wrong for making money off of other peoples ideas,
but hey it's cereal and if they both taste the same but one costs $.10 less then people will buy the one that costs less.

and the idea of brand loyalty gets tossed out the window when people are hungry :)
