No. It's called "slushie machine" as the official English translated name in-game.

Nintendo did a weird, trying to be literal, translation of the Japanese name for that page, even though there's an official name (maybe the person making that image didn't know what the name was that was programmed into the game). It's literally called "frozen machine" in Japanese, which is shorthand for "frozen drink machine".
