I got a voided Lucky and decided to let him grow on me. He's cute and all, and I love lazy villagers, but his house is terrible and I hate going in there lol. Do you just ignore it? Or do you really like the graveyard? I think I'm going to have to let him go because of it...

I like his interior because it fits the theme of a part of my island I'm working on lol but I can see why some people won't be too comfortable going there as it's a literal graveyard and it is kinda creepy with the K. K. Dirge bgm going on...

My island is all cute and natural, he doesn't fit at all lol

I don't have Lucky as a resident in New Horizons, instead having him in my main, horror-themed New Leaf town, but I saw a screenshot and I like the interior design of his house in New Horizons. I'd personally enjoy visiting him if I had him in this game.

Everyone has different tastes and preferences though, there are some villagers' houses that I don't really like. It's probably for the best for you to replace him if his house makes you uncomfortable and if it doesn't fit your town theme.

Ahahahaha yeah I mean he looks cute and all but his house really isn't with his interior being a graveyard and exterior being monochromatic, which does clash with the natural/cute aesthetic

I love Lucky's house! I think it suits him and personally I love the darker aesthetic, but I get that it might be a little off-putting if you're going for a more cute theme. Lucky himself totally fits both a spooky and a cute theme, but his house is definitely more on the spooky side.
On the other hand, if you really like him, do you HAVE to go into his house? My Lucky is outsite pretty much always, I rarely have to visit him.

I was island hopping yesterday for a new lazy villager and when I came across him, I was a bit excited. But when I looked up his house I decided to pass on him for now. Maybe in the future, but not right now.

You could try gifting him furniture and have him remove things. It's a chaotic way to do it, but might do the trick. I plan on doing it to Ankha, as her house is just meh compared to New Leaf.

Aw, I really like Lucky's interior. It's a little creepy, but I think it fits him perfectly. He's a mummy dog who talks to bugs and loves to play. Of course he sleeps outside with his friends ^^

At least this makes sense and fits his theme. Octavian has outer space furniture like the asteroid, spaceship, etc.

Oh wait, now that I've said it, it totally makes sense. I guess he's supposed to be like an alien.

Yep.

I love the more 'out there' houses like Octavian's.

They add a bit more interest to the island for me.

I have a new appreciation for his house now. I hated going in there because it didn't make any sense to me.

One of the best I've seen was Ankha's.

I went into her house to get a DIY she was crafting when I visited an island, and my jaw dropped!
