UPDATE3: Lucky is officially leaving on the 17th.(just moved to his moving day, so he's officially IN BOXES now.
SO, here's what we're going to do. I know there's lots of people who really want Lucky, so... offer away. If I see an offer I like; I might just let him go to who ever made the 'winning' offer. No guarantees though, as I do like him a lot myself.
I'll give you all... roughly 24hours to make offers. After that I'll likely prevent his moving if I haven't received an offer I like for him.
Hint: Rosie would be an instant accept(though that's probably just me being too hopeful). Would prefer if the villager your offering is in boxes. And, logically, I don't have Lucky's exact date YET. I'll get his moving day, and TT to it, if I accept an offer.
Happy Offering, may the best offer for Lucky win.(I would prefer if the winner is somebody who plans to keep him, of course)
